What Clients are saying about Joanne's coaching:
After
an intial consultation with a Corporate Fund Raiser: "Oh my god, that woman is phenomenal! She is extremely good at what she
does. She has the ability to get really close, but very subtly so you don't feel like she's gone in too far. Maybe it's her
counseling background...My insides are all stirred up".
Marketing Manager, Environmental Engineering: "Joanne helped
me figure out the steps to get to the next level in my career and we had great fun in doing it. My sessions with Joanne were
a treat to myself".
Vice President of a Web design company: "Joanne has an amazing ability to absorb a lot of information
in a short period of time allowing her to quickly formulate a strong understanding of an organization. Joanne has the keen
ability to drill down quickly to the root of the problem and come up with creative ways to address these issues. She is
sharp, professional, extremely attentive to details, and brings an informed opinion to the table."
Customer Service
Manager: "I have, and will continue to recommend Joanne to everyone who asks and listens. I believe she had positive impact
toward changing my life in ways I didn't know possible, and I think anyone who is willing to do the work and follow her lead
will be the luckiest of people!"

Although
not currently accepting new clients, I can refer you to other coaches that have similar skills. I’ve been an HR VP in mulitple industries
and I know what really happens at work. I have a Masters in Counseling, and my approach is practical, positive, focused
and non-judgemental. As a mom, wife, friend, and community volunteer, I've attained a "balance" that I can help
you achieve as well. Together, we will establish a coaching relationship and customize a process that gets you results.
Being coached is the best way to experience the power of coaching. Sessions generally are held over the phone, but
I meet with many of my clients at my office. Whatever we decide, I prefer to meet you at least once face-to-face...unless
you are not U.S. based in which case, the phone will work just fine....

Coaching Tips for Job Seekers... Handling rejection: The legendary Richard Bolles wrote that the job hunting process can be
summed up like this: "No no no no no no no no no no no no no no.........yes". So how do you handle all those "no's"
while getting to that "yes"?
Here's the tip: Don't take each "no" personally. Even if it IS
about you, there is something to learn each time you get a "no". Review your job seeking process with someone else.
"What could I have done differently?" "What am I willing and able to do differently next time?" Remember;
one definition of insanity is "doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result". So review
you experience, learn, and make an adjustment, even if it's a small one. And get one step closer to the "yes".
